Ok, lemme flippin tell you!!! Where the hell do I start'' OK so this 6 foot tall black sexual predator broke into our all girls apartment and played his own porn on our dvd player, which is very complicted to work....and came on or around one of my roommates while she was asleep on the couch. TRUE F'ING STORY! $200 as well as other random items were stolen out of the apartment and he was a panty molester because I found em all over my room when I came home. Quality people livin here, lemme tell you.
When I first moved my bedroom had a dirty used pantyliner and condom wrappers all over. There was nappy hair on the mattress and unknown stains on the carpet. The kitchen floor had about 2 layers of hair, food, and grime and other misc. substances stuck on the surface. Bastards. There is a stain of a body in the bathtub that I can't even bleach...it looks like a freakin crime scene.
Not only that, but we have mold growing on the ceiling and bathroom. We called maintenance and they said their professional opinion was that "someone set fireworks off in the apt"...LMAO Who in their right mind would even do that in their own apt'
Plus, maintenance constantly barges in for "inspections" without warning and Conservice bends me over and does me dirty almost every month. When they say electricity is included, they really mean I wanna rob you right now. They allot you $20 per person for water/electricity...so how is our bill $70 per person in an 1150 sq. ft. apt' The heating is broke and the water goes cold after 10 mins in the shower.
Not only that, but the pitiful excuse for a washer/dryer shreds...SHREDS...clothing and the so called dishwasher doesn't wash dishes...it can't even do the one it was invented to do! WHY'!!! The fridge is big enough for 2 ppl max, and this a 4 bdrm apt.
Internet SUCKS. You have to type in your user name and password every 5 mins, even if you were already signed in.
Staff is worthless and bitchy. Screw them all. One time I was at the hot tub minding my own damn business and one of the guys who work in the leasing office came up to me, drunk out of his mind (he was off work), and called me a ----- repeatedly and yelled at me telling me to leave because my guest did not know glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area. Knowing we were in the wrong, I even tried apologizing and assured his drunk, off-the-clock ass that we would dispose of it, and he proceeded to embarass me in front of the others at the pool. Nice. I complained to the office afterwards for the horrifying scene and they did nothing to correct his ghetto behavior.
I'm not even done...but I should really stop now. Sadly, my roommates all have their own stories about this place. F U GABLES!
