These apartments are run by people that do not care at all about anything but getting their paycheck. I have lived there a year only because the whole year was paid upfront and they will not give you any money back once you hand it over for any reason. Even if I broke the lease and paid the fine for that.

After two of my roommates moved out, it was just me and one other girl. The room with the keys is not secure and anyone can just walk in there and grab a key and walk into your apartment. I have woken up numerous times with various men just standing in my living room and not telling me the reason they are there. Numerous things have been stolen from my apartment. I do not feel safe here AT ALL. We have told the office we do not appreciate people coming in unannounced and they said we would be getting 24 hour notice from now and on. And we did not.

The last few months have been even worse. We started getting sugar flies and couldn't understand where they were coming from because we kept the apartment very clean. One day I opened the living room closet that is parallel to the washer/dryer closet that we never use; and there was a disgusting amount of black mold on both parallel sides of the walls. The next day we went and talked to the office and they said they would get someone up there to figure it out. (only because I told them I was almost three months pregnant and it can affect my baby) They said there was a constant leak from the washer (that they've never renovated) and the a/c (that they've never renovated). They stopped the leaks and did nothing for the mold. To this day I am still stuck at my parents house and me and my fiance found a new house. The lease doesn't run out until August but I am NOT going back there except to get the rest of my stuff. They said they were going to tear out that drywall to get the rest of the mold out. But they just covered it up.



ATTENTION: IF YOU ARE MOVING TO UNIVERSITY GABLES AND YOU LIVE IN APARTMENT 332 THERE IS STILL MOLD BEHIND THAT WALL. PREPARE TO GET SICK.

And hope you never have any problems because they will not help you or fix their problems.

Also, always lock your deadbolt or someone strange might just walk into your apt.

Better yet, don't do this to yourself. Pick COLLEGE GROVE. It's much better.


PS: They say you pay 325 and everything is including. They are LYING. They will charge you for the utilities you used over your limit. Even though they don't tell you, you have a limit in the first place. You will pay more so you might as well go somewhere else you know what you're paying.
