I chose Summerlake as my new home because the apartments have a unique feature of vaulted ceilings. However, the aparment also comes with dated appliances, leaky windows and roofs, and absolutely no service for the amount of $$$ you pay to simply rent---not own--your "home". I DO NOT recommend this complex to anyone. I would suggest going to a newer complex where there is actual service for your dollar and the supposed convenience of renting over owning.
