Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have been living in Summerlake for almost 3 years now. First it was a temp place for me until I was able to get me house, but I have stayed longer. There are minor problems for example: spiders, out of date bathroom tubs,sinks, $106.00 electric bill for a small one bedroom(thats ridiculous). Overall the new owners are trying to make it better, but one suggestion is to tear the apts down and start new. I believe they could build nicer, better and more efficient units if they were to start fresh.
