I would like to respond to the previous post "nothing wrong with this place."

The problem is not with a "former tenant" it is obviously with "current tenants" that feel marginalized by current management. That said, I have been approached by a current tenant (and good friend for over a year since we have both been here and attended MTSU) regarding organizing current tenants to take our concerns to upper-management.

I indicated that I would be happy to help, since I am not a fan of current management, but I will do so in a respectful manner.

I would encourage every one else with a problem to go about it in a way that gets to the root of their problem. Contact upper-management yourself, get your friends in the complex to do the same. Point out your true problems, document them and follow through.

Waging a war on sites like this is not the most effective way.

Again, let's be at least decent about it, lest we descend to the same level as current management.

It is very interesting that someone is choosing to use this very valuable tool to communicate their own personal grudges against someone, and that they cannot comprehend that someone else could actually value the new management and the positive environment that is being developed. My suggestion to this website is that they carefully screen posts that are blatent personal attacks against people instead of focusing on the property. "One response per user" is something that is most obviously being abused by this user among other things.
