I have lived here for two years and the office staff have always been very nice. I did like the old management and I am still friends with the old management as far as the new management goes they are great as well they have always made sure I was taken care of. All of my maintenance issues have always been fixed in a timely manner. You will not go to another complex and see the property manager walking around picking up trash... bottom line. If any thing the improvements have made this community more desireable. I have never had my vehicles broken into and they arent junkers. Crime is going to happen anywhere. You can take the most clean cut person with a perfect credit score and they can still be criminals. It can happen anywhere. Summerlake has been by far the best community I have ever lived in. DD

Kudos to you DD! I have lived here for over 2 yrs now and I will completely agree with you. I just signed a new lease and will gladly do it again. The whole staff here bends over backwards for you. AND...I ALSO have seen the manager wakling around picking up trash.

We have been here for about six months, and have had only one problem: Mice! The management is great and very respectful, however there are MICE! There are mice in most of the buildings. As soon as our lease is up WE ARE OUT OF HERE!
