If you like kids of ALL ages running amuck destoying propery and fighting in the field. Gun shots at night, damage to your vehicle and property. Rules that are not followed at all. (2 parking space per apartment, curfew for children, trash to be put IN the dumpster, not around, not BY actually IN the damn thing) Loud "music" questionable drug activity and families of 6 or more living like roaches then this is the place for you!!! If not, run like hell!!!
