This apartment complex is conveniently located across the street from MTSU which is perfect for students. It is a nice change from other places I have stayed where I would have to go to the library to escape noise to study. I have lived here for two and half years and do not regret my decision to stay here. The management is very friendly and can be reached at almost anytime if necessary. The maintenance group is very kind and is quick to respond. The apartments have all the necessities plus cable, internet, and utilities all included in your rent. I liked not having to write several checks to pay my bills...one check and your done. If you are looking for a place to live that is not too expensive, but still has what you need to be comfortable and pleased, University Pointe is a place to consider.
