I live in the apartments with my girlfriend and it has been a wonderful experience. We haven't had any real problems that weren't fixed by the staff or were not those of the apartments. When we first moved in the dish washer broke, even though we only used it once and the next day the staff came by and checked it out and we had a brand new unit the next week. Our neighbors are nice and the electric bill doesn't come to much every month, about $60 dollars usually during the summer. The only troublesome issue we have had is the neighboring apartment complex and the sketchy people that live there and their antics.
