I fell in love with University Terrace Apartments and loved them when I moved in. I still like the lay out of the apartments. The main reason for me moving in 7 years ago was because of how close it was to MTSU and the other main reason was because of Betty the landlord. Recently, the property sold and the new business people have come in and are remodeling the place and have let Betty go. Since Betty is no longer there as the landlord my husband and I do not wish to stay there much longer. With the new people and Betty no longer there the place feels empty because she cared about all her tentants and it was a very sad day to have to see her go. Also, with the new people in place not sure how well things will go but when Betty was around my husband and I recommended people to stay here at University Terrace.
