This place used to be a great deal, before the new management came. We had a very friendly, competent manager before who took care of business and more importantly, rented to quality people. When the new management came in, they fired one of the maintenance guys, installed their daughter as manager, and now have pest control coming in unannounced. The new manager 'Jessica' is never in her office. Try to get a hold of her and you will find it impossible. I see her all the time driving around town in her hummer during work hours. The old manager used to let us know when a package came. Jessica doesn't say anything and lets mail sit for weeks.
She also doesn't answer calls, fix problems when needed, and has let the place become trashed. This place used to be very clean.
They raised the laundry prices, and will let giant puddles sit unattended for days.
In addition to all this, we recently had a shooting on the premise. This may or may not have anything to do with the abundance of riff raff now living here. This place is no longer safe.
Avoid this place. I am moving as soon as my lease is up!
