It is so true that Jessica is never there. She is NEVER THERE!! Meaning if you have a problem, need to pick up a package, need to pay rent, need to talk to her about something, then you are SOL my good friend. I have been trying to pick up a package that was delivered to the office for two weeks now. The reason I can't get it'' Every time I go to the office, it's closed. Even one day I devoted my time to checking on the office once every two hours, and it was closed all day! No holiday, a Monday, and nothing! Also, it's true the place gets trashed and STAYS trashed. There was a pizza box in the grass outside my apartment for 5 MONTHS before a TENANT picked it up! And there is some loose railing outside my apt that has been that way ever since I moved in. So if you don't know its loose and lean against it, you'll fall from the 2nd story to the concrete ground below. If you aren't compentant to do your job, then get out! Only recommend for those who REALLY want to live close to campus.

I hope by writing this response that readers will realize that yours is not an isolated incident. I reside here as well, and have had the same issue. The office is unspeakably difficult to contact. Believe it or not, I have, like you, devoted an entire day to running by the office in brief intervals to no avail. I have also never (i.e., not once) had luck contacting the office via phone. And to put the icing on the cake, I found in the laundry room, handwritten onto a notice-to-tenants to maintain the premises better, a response: "Dear Management, Please stay true to your office hours." I scribbled a 'second that' on the paper and came back later to find two more people who shared this opinion. As of Friday, I am supposed to give a 30-day move-out notice. Your gripe jumped out at me because, lo and behold, I am having no luck contacting them as I write this. Mama-mia!

I have been living here 4.5 years. Things were good, bad, and good again. New management and new maintenance guy started from the past October. They are very friendly and very professional. Very happy living here now.
