Now we have gangs living in the complex because Jessica rents to thugs. There is gang grafitti on painted on the buildings.
The other day I saw 7 cops in bullet proof vests on the premisis. about 6 months ago someone got shot in a home invasion. This is Jessicas fault. The previous manager would have never rented to gangsters.
Avoid this place like the plague. I'm moving as soon as I can find one.
