Management needs to get rid of one especially incompetent staff member - I don't have to type her name - it's OBVIOUS by anyone who goes there.
Maintenance requests were slow and not taken seriously.
If you live here, demand an upstairs apartment, because the walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs.
They are inconsiderate of current renters. Are only friendly to you if they are in front of new or potential renters.
Many vacant places now and many people willing to suffer the consequences of breaking leases due to the less than par management and people skills.
It may look pretty from the outside, but buyer beware.
If management got rid of a few key people, then I think that this place would be so much better!
