Give us a break. Ever since the management changeover, this place has been the pits! And now the "market value" of our apartment has risen another $100 - well, you're about to lose 2 more good tenants. We WERE happy here. Our requests WERE taken care of, now our concerns are snidely laughed at, and you will lose our $800 a month. Take your market value and stick it in the paper thin walls because this place may have been worth the extra $900 when the previous managemen took care of their customers!!! The only redeeming factor of this place now is that maintenance is responded to within a prompt manner.
