I moved into Vintage before the complex was even complete. I spent many days with the office staff which was ALWAYS happy to help me. After moving in, I was always referred to by my first name and with respect. The apartments are pricey, BUT they are luxery. I had a great pool view and not once had a maintence request in my 2 years of living there. My neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The community had social gatherings such as wine tastings and pool parties. It is very safe. There was a change in staff, but change can be a good thing. From someone that works in the industry, prices go up, it's life. Supply and demand. The place is so popular that they are abou 98% leased. They can and will raise the price and people will contuine to pay it becuase they get 1 hour long massage a month, a beautiful pool, weekly yoga classes, exquisite grounds and much, much more! You get what you pay for. If you have the money, pay it and enjoy. Get to know the staff, they are wonderful and know what they are doing.
