We made the mistake of thinking this was one of the better apartment complexes in the murfreesboro area. 5 months later we are breaking our lease which they are saying is going to cost us $2000 in total. I have friends in California that did not have to pay that high to break their lease! When they re-paved the parking lot we got a notice on our door that just said the dates it was going to be done(which were wrong) and that if our car was in front of our building at the time it would be towed at our expense. i could see it if we had been warned already and had not taken steps to avoid it, but we do not respond well to threats like that without cause! if you want a pet you have to pay $400. the rent is the highest in town with no reward! out of the 5 months we have lived there the gate has been closed at night for about 3 weeks. if you are looking for a gated community look somewhere else! this place is terrible so just run the other direction when they try to get you to sign. you'll thank me later
