During our first visit it seemed like a very nice place. The staff quoted one rate, but when the lease was mailed to us the rate was more. The relo to Vintage at the Parke was a complete nightmare. The experience has nothing to do with the cost of rent. Rent price was no problem, but the service that you receive for your money is terrible. The gate only worked about 3 weeks of the 6 months we lived there. The apartments are not efficient at all. We lived in a 2bd w/ a loft and our electrical bill averaged around $90 per month. The water rates are so outrageous. The walls are very very thin and the doors don't close properly. During the Winter months, so much air came under the door and thru the windows (felt like I was living in a shack). Mold around the windows was new to me. The office staff gave out our personal information to none residents. Got to the point that we did not feel safe in this "LUXURY PROPERTY." The biggest joke of comfy living. Take the nice tour, but keep your money in your pocket and keep on moving.
