SO FAR SO GOOD. I HAVE TO AGREE THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD SEEMS QUIET AND THE PARK IS NEARBY. IT SHOULD BE QUITE AN EXPERIENCE GOING FROM DAYSHIFT TO NIGHTSHIFT IN ONE MONTH. I APPRECIATE THE STAFF HOLDING MY APARTMENT SINCE I AM OUT OF STATE. i WAS CONCERNED ABOUT A LACK OF ACCESS TO THE GYM AND THAT THE MAILBOXES ARE ALL IN ONE LOCATION. I AM ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM WORK AND THE PRICE IS COMPARABLE WITH OTHERS BUT IT INCLUDES, CABLE, WATER AND SEWER
