ya know what' i hated this place, too. i wouldn't quite call it hate- more like resentment. it was beautiful, but i had to work so much to pay rent, that i never really got to kick back and enjoy it the way i thought i would be able to. but that's no reason to be resentful. what i was resentful about was the pretty picture they'd painted in my head, they'd promised me fast internet access which was totally unavaible. at that time, all that was available was dial up through bellsouth and comcast cable was even out of reach. plus, my neighbors sucked- i remember one guy leaving notes threating people who'd park anywhere near his "garage" and getting noise pollution notes on my door for "doing laundry after 10p.m." ugh.
