I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience living at a "luxury" apartment complex...it was wonderful until the management changed right after I moved in. The office staff didn't want to be bothered with your work requests, packages, or even collecting your rent! More times than not I got an eviction notice on my door when I had turned in my rent earlier that day...explain that to me! MAintanence was a nightmare - my utility room flooded after every big rain - they never did fix the problem, they just dried up the water...causing mold to form under the carpet which they tried to blame on me when I moved out. PArking was a nightmare, especially for someone who works 2nd shift. And lets not forget the high-security gate that never works... Forget about Vintage - I bought a condo...that's luxury living for real!
