Vintage is the rudest, most unprofessional staff in the Murfreesboro area. The management is grossly undertrained and would not know a lease agreement if it slapped them in the face. My attorney informed me the lease was the most dubious document he had ever seen, and how they have stayed in business without a lawsuit is uncanny. They are in serious violation of fair housing as well. Do not try to lease here in you are non-Caucasian. The management will find a way to deny your eligibility. Its a travesty that same-sex oriented couples are not protected under fair-housing in the state of TN, in that Vintage would be facing a lawsuit.
