Moved in here June 2003 and everything was fine till about the past year. After the management change here this place has gone to hell. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. They are always rude and hard to deal with, especially on matters of any real importantce. I feel something is up here but I cant put my finger on it. Some INCREDIBLY RUDE guy and his very strange girlfriend moved in below me and now I get to hear the near constant sounds of domestic violence and a subwoofer they blast at each other to show their anger. Mature, isin't it' Sounds like stuff that would happen at apartments near the MTSU campus, where the are priced accordingly!!
The police are here all the time it seems, and I really am concerned for the security of my vehicle. The apartment next to me was sublet to 5 college age guys (yeah 5) for about 3 months and the noise was crazy. Loud rap music, drunk people outside. This is the scene at Campus Crossings for a lot less rent, not "Vintage at the ghetto" for way too much money. I await graduation soon and my exit from these premises.
The quality has gone to hell(but rent stays the same of course), dont move here.
