For an apartment complex it is quite good

My wife and I moved here so I could take a job in Murfreesboro. I work 3rd shift, so, I was looking for somewhere quiet and safe. So far I have been pleased. I have been a year already of my two year lease and have had minimal problems with noise and maintenance issues. Each time I call for a work order it is usually filled in 24 hours. My wife and I look at many of the complexes in Murfreesboro and Vintage was the one of the best we found. If you want workman ship like a house (i.e. thick walls, great insulation, etc.) then buy a house. I would like to see more security and enforcement of policies. I am looking for a place that will allow me to work and rest in the best comfort. Vintage is fulfilling that need adequately enough. There needs to be more parking. As far as the staff is concerned, for every problem I have addressed with them they have fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time. When I first moved in there was a rash of cars getting the side widows broke out. That has been over a year ago and there have been few problems since. I come and go from the complex at very strange hours (1-2AM), and I have never felt unsafe doing this. All and all as a working professional I have very few complaints about this complex.
