I have lived at the Vintage for over a year now. While I will say the management that was here when I moved in left much too be desired. The new management that came last winter has made drastic improvements. I am not sure what the last poster is talking about because it is 6-29-06 and the gate is and has been working for some time now. As for the pool, it was really trashy and rowdy last summer. This summer I have seen the office guys asking people to leave and making them turn off their stupid boom boxes. I am pretty sure that the pool is locked becasue I was asked to leave by the courtsey officer so he could lock up'

Bugs. Well spiders and grasshoppers seem to be a problem, but I have had the office schedule pest spray each week. They dont seem to have a problem with it and it has gotten better for me.

Overall, I am happy with the new guys and content to keep living here.
