Nice and safe place to live, but I moved out because I found a cheaper, yet better place in Murfreesboro. Management is OK. Repair is not fast, but OK. Somebody broke the gate, and it took them a few month to fix it. My bedroom was noisy and I could not open the window to sleep because air conditioners are running at high noise right outside the bedroom. Simply a bad design. I could hear upstair's every steps, complete phone conversation and well, night talk.

Black beetles and spiders were everywhere although I kind of understand that they used to live there before us. They were annoying from March to July, so do not live the first floor if you cannot stand with bugs. I had fun of them by making a bug race, but my wife always vacuumed out. They might be gone completely by now thanks to my wife.
