Noisy environment

Construction is such that voices and music are easily heard through adjoining walls. First-floor living is especially noisy, and management seems unable to deal with tenants who play loud music between 10pm and 7am. Cleanliness on move-in leaves a lot to be desired. Bright security lighting may help deter crime, but it is so bright that it also prevents a restful sleep...invest in a set of light-blocking drapes for the bedroom if you choose to live at Vintage.
