I lived at Waterford Place from May 2001-September 2002. I left because I bought a house. The apts. are VERY spacious, and the community overall is nice. I never had any issues with the staff or maintenance. We had some crazy upstairs neighbors, but alerted management, and they were soon gone. Overall, when you can fit three people and two animals in a two-bedroom apt. and not feel cramped, it's a great setup. They turned our apt. into the model, so if you go visit, you can see exactly what I mean! It's expensive, but worth the money, especially for a roommate setup.

Everyone just read everyone elses comment. I am sure there might be one person that had a good experience but it's very hard to believe... JUST READ OTHER COMMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!
