While the apartments are really very nice, the managment is not so nice. Actually, they are downright rude. I know two other people that lived there at different times who experienced the same problem. One staff member will tell you one thing and then they will turn around and do the opposite. They got really upset when we did not renew our lease and then charged us for every little thing they possibly could when we moved out. The apartment was in excellent condition. I took pictures to prove it. The maintenance manager did the walk through and said it looked great, but then the office staff charged us for $300 dollars worth of "damages". The apartments really are beautiful, but be on your toes when dealing with management. When you move out make sure your apartment looks like it did when you moved in or else be prepared to pay. Trust me pay $60 and rent a rug doctor. Even if the carpet isn't dirty.

You are right one will tell you one thing them talk to another and you will get a different response and then they will say" My staff would never have done or say that"

I am the Manager, Ashley. Please note on all your move-in paperwork and on all the confirmation of notice paperwork we send you that is stated to leave the apartment as you found out. I am sorry you were not happy here, had you came in and spoke with me I would have been glad to get to the bottom of the issues. I apologize that your stay here was not want you expected.

To the comment above from Ashley: I knew 2 people that moved out that was charged with BS stuff that was sopposdley wrong. I seen both apartments before move out and NOTHING was wrong. This place is a rip off. Please anyone who is reading this that is considering renting here don't! Rates are too high, people are rude, service sucks........just read the reviews and you will understand!!!!!!!!
