I used to live at Waterford place and I never had a problem. The only reason I moved is because my job transfered me. As a single woman it was the right place for me I didn't have to worry about yard work or maintenance.I thought the office staff was very nice and helpful. I have refered several people to Waterford since I moved. Don't give this place a bad name, if you notice the only people complaining are those who didn't fulfill thier end of the bargin!!!

As we have already dicussed every work order you have given us has been handled within 24-hours as promised, I even went as far to help you both at Kroger find something I had hoped would help you with your dishwasher issue. Which you told me that it had taken care of your problem. We cannot fix what we are not aware of. As always please let me know when something is not right in your apt and if you would like a pre-walk move-out inspection please call the office to set that up. Whatever to the comment above! I have overfulled my part of the deal. These people here are horrible to deal with!!! I pay on time every month and keep to our selfs and never bother anyone. Yet we still get treated poorly!
