Needed a short term deal and this one was best

I am relocating to the Murfreesboro area and I needed a small apartment to live out of while I worked and looked for a house to buy.
Waterford offered me the best deal for a 3-month lease and gave me an ala carte list of things I could add if I needed them.
I chose an empty apartment except for a washer and dryer provided as well as all utilities to cut down on the hassles of dealing with all the local utility companies.
The staff was very good and very competent with me and took care of several special needs that I had as well. I paid a premium rent rate due to the short lease, but I have to say it was better than all the alternatives I found. Everyone in the office was very good.
Parking is a little tough trying to get close to your apartment sometimes and the 10 million watt streetlight right outside my bedroom window made "nighttime" a relative term. Really needed heaver curtains, but not adding them for a three month stay.
Staff was great with me, I can't really complain.
