We've been living at Waterford Place for around a year and a half now. So far, we've never encountered any real issues with staff; they are always friendly and the few maintenance calls we ve had to place were answered in a reasonable time frame. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. The appliances are typical for apartments in the area. I do agree with some of the reviews about the mildew on the windows, but I really think this has more to do with the elevation of the apartments than poor structure. My apartment is so well insulated that I only have to run the air during the very hottest parts of July and August. I haven t moved out yet, so I don t know what kind of damage fees they ll charge, but I ve seen some of the disaster left behind through the windows of recently vacated apartments I really have to wonder if these are the people complaining. I also feel it is a bonus that the staff does not tolerate trash or junk lying around; if you re the type to throw your cigarette butts and boxes over the balcony, you may want to consider a different location they WILL ask you to stop. My only issue pertains to the traffic on Church St in front of the apartment. Recently, it s been taking me 20 -30 minutes to get the 3 miles from the entrance of Waterford Place to I24. If this causes us to relocate, I will genuinely be sad to leave such a friendly, clean and beautiful location.

Whatever! This is more than likely the "Manager" of this complex writing this review! This place is HORRIBLE don't believe these fake reviews!!!!
