I recently moved here and have noticed mold issues. From reading the other reviews I guess numerous people have had this problem. The mold around the windows is Horrible!!! I have to bleach them every other day to keep it under control. I worry about mold especialy around my children. I have been told by office staff that it is just expected. Gross! I did just move here but I won't be renewing!

As to the response from the manager below: As you can read above, I have already contacted the office and nothing was done about it! Not sure what more I can do other than try to take care of the MOLD myself!! And it's not dirt by the way, it's MOLD! I and everyone else who comes over can tell the difference between dirt and mold! We weren't born yesterday!! Nothing is ever taken care of in a timely manner here. Argh!!! I am SO FED UP WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

I am the manager. Please call the office and we will come look at your windows. If we are not notified that there is a problem, we won't know to come look at it. I will say that metal frame windows do tend to condensate and if not kept clean will begin to look dirty. Once again, please call office to schedule maintenance.

They're just gonna say it's "only mildew", spray some Kilz on it, and it will be back in a month. This place refuses to admit they have a MOLD problem!
