Boy, where do I begin.... Let's see, everything you have read in other people's comments are true and I'm sure I'll be saying the same things. But maybe people that are thinking about renting here will turn away before they get robbed too! Dog poo is everywhere. They do not inforce these rules nor do they evn try to. Dishwasher sucks, does not get dishes clean. MOLD is everywhere, windows and walls are horrible! There are spiders EVERYWHERE!!! They send their pest control people out to your apartment to spray and it does NO GOOD! I mean the spiders are REALLY BAD! It does however seem to be only the bottom apartments. They should be able to control this pest problem alot better than they have done. There is also is an ant problem and again they never handle it!! They never handle anything. They don't return phone calls. Staff is rude. I was in the office one day using the internet and I overheard the property manager ranting and raving about a tenent for all to hear. She has no professionalism what so ever. She is not a nice person to deal with AT ALL!! Just take everyone's advice on here and go somewhere else. There are nicer places in the Boro to live and much Cheaper! Especially the way the ecomoncy is these days. And by the way if you do live here they jack you rental rate up so much at renewal time it is ridiculious!! So be prepared to pay a additional couple hundred dollars or move cause they will not work with you! But yet they can give a new tenent a great deal but say they HAVE TO charge you, the loyal tenent "Market Rate" which of course is just whatever they want to charge! Beware of this place!! Oh and by the way I can almost bet every "Good Review" on here has the property managers name all over it!

We have every intention on making everyone's living expierince enjoyable here. We do not want spiders either so please come in or call us to let us know that there is a problem. We would love to fix it. If we don't know we can't fix it. If you think that the staff is rude please address the issue with us so we can better ourselves. Usually the person complaining is someone who doesn't follow the rules for example as to having an unauthorized pet. This is an awsome community and we want to help, we really do, we just need to know the problem so we can make it right.

You say you can't fix the problems unless you know about them?!?!?! I think almost every poster has listed the SAME PROBLEMS, so take a hint that that is people letting you know the problems. The staff's attitides stinks, so FIX THAT! There is mold in every apartment, FIX THAT!! There is a problem with spiders, roly polies, ants, etc..., FIX THAT! Charging people for idiotic things when moving out, QUIT DOING IT! Your response is always the same that it is usually poeple who break the rules that complain the most. I never broke a single rule while living in Waterford place, I called and told staff (Ashley, Dawn, or whoever) everytime I had a problem and the same problems kept reoccuring. This is not an "awesome community" and you really don't care to fix the problems otherwise you would not have the same complaints from different people over the past few YEARS! I assume you will always charge people for ridiculous things when moving out because they are moving out for a reason and will probably never be coming back. Well, word of mouth is such a blessing. I will warn anyone who is considering moving into an apartment in the Murfreesboro area to steer clear of this place.

Ms apt manager: You know whatever! I guess you are implying that the author of this review has an "Unathrozied pet" You don't know who it is!! People this is typical of this manager. Thanks Ms. Manager for that comment just so all future tenants to see excatly how you are! Everything this person has wrote in thier review is SO RIGHT!! And all the comments left from unhappy tenants are sooooooo TRUE! Word of advice DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT BELIEVE ALL OF US!! GO TO CASON ESTATES!!!
