I lived at Waterford Place for two years. I moved out in order to get a larger space in a house. I disagree with many of the comments listed on this site. I felt that the management was very nice and accomodating. I was always addressed by name when I went into the office. I encountered a problem with moving into my house as expected, so I needed to stay in my apartment a little longer. The girls at the office were very kind in meeting our need to stay. I feel like the apartments are very large (good closet space) and priced very well. When looking at price for an apartment you have to consider many things such as ammenitites, safety, etc. They offer great specials and have great packages as well that when taken into consideration make the apartments a steal. There are going to be problems that are going to come up anywhere you live.....that is part of it! I feel like how you approach the problem will have a lot to do with how it is handled. I am sure based on the emotion in the other posts on this site that these people were very rude to the apartment management team. I feel like you must give respect to get respect.....ever heard the old saying "you get more with honey than you do with vinegar!" I did not have this problem with mold that others have written about. I did have to clean out my windows, but I feel like that is to be expected. My dishwasher was never a problem for me! I very much enjoyed my stay at Waterford Place, and feel like others would as well! Don't be scared off by the other posts!

Boy this has the office managers name written all over it! Written by "Sam and Cheryl" yeah right! I love how the staff puts these fake posts on here and expects everyone to believe that "Sam and Cheryl" really wrote this! Ha Ha This is so funny to me! So to the staff at Waterford.... This post was not written by an apartment staff person......grow up!! How would anyone know that you are not the same person posting the same bad reports over and over?? First of all, it is not in the best interest or possible for everyone to own their own home. Secondly, my rent did not go up significantly when I signed my lease the second year.......have you ever heard of negotiating a rate?? They discussed (very kindly I might add) with me my rate for the second year and we came to a decision on what was best for me and my family (which was only $25 per month...not $50 or $60). Furthermore, they did offer a cleaning crew, cleaning of carpets, apartment to be painted etc.....up to the renter to choose from a list of options. I am entitled to report my experience on here just like you are entitled to list yours. I don't find it to be helpful to perspective renters for you to waste your time bashing someone for reporting their positive experience.....or is it that your purpose really is not to inform potential renters??

My house payment stays the same for almost 2 1/2 years now for the same property. "I encountered a problem with moving into my house as expected, so I needed to stay in my apartment a little longer." Of course they will let you stay longer, They can't get rent from an empty apartment....oops yes they can if they do you wrong-right. Good thing you didn't have to stay longer. "They offer great specials and have great packages" For move in yes but what are they offering you to stay there or renew your lease? Nothing, If they said they would have offered you a "Cleaning crew" or "Carpet cleaned" company come in if you renewed after you have been there a year that would be nice. "you get more with honey than you do with vinegar!" Yup They offer you "Honey" at first then you get "Vinegar" Later! "I did have to clean out my windows, but I feel like that is to be expected" 2 1/2 years at house no window mold problem hear. "Don't be scared off by the other posts!" Just listen to what they have to say. If 9 out of 10 posts tell you how it is then 90% of them are worth listening to. One last thing, A scorpion in a pretty bow is still a scorpion right?
