I have read all the reviews on this website. I have lived here since 10/06. I have lived in both the one bedroom and two bedrooms. The apartments are very nice here. I do not agree with the comments left on here. The staff here has been super nice to my husband and I. We have never had any issues with the staff here. We do abide by the rules here, we pay our rent on time, and we have pets, cats, that we paid our pet deposits for. Seems like to me that people that are complaining do not live by the rules. If you do what you are sopose to then you won't have any problems either! Yes the windows do get dirty after winter is over. It's not hard people.... Alittle bleach once a year in the spring cleans them right up! As far as price goes.. If you can't handle the price, all I can say is You get what you pay for!! If you want a cheap run down place go elsewhere. Yes even I have had ants. You know they are everywhere in the world. Everyones had them at one point or another. We moved here from Florida and we had them there too. I called and they came and sprayed and re-sprayed. Hu.... Ants are gone. I don't know what everyones problem on here is but these apartments are nice , the nicest we have seen in Murfreesboro. We love it here and will only move when we buy our new home. Don't listen to all these people on here. They only break the rules and then when they get in trouble they come here and write unfounded reviews. I am sure people from time to time do have a issue but everytime we've had a problem with anything they come right out and fix the problem. Bottom line: Nice apartments, and nice staff!!
