Me and my family were looking to move in to waterford place and we submitted all the info to them then we decided not to move in as our other complex gave us a better deal for a bigger apartment than this place we informed them that we did not want rent there and asked for are deposit back and they told us in was non-refundable because we were approved and did not tell them within 72 hours of submitted the application, now mind you it took them four freaking days to even run are application then another two days to tell us that we were approved and that was after we called them multiple times. They said that we agreed to THERE terms when we said in reality said NO. So any one who wants deal with these crooks should beware.

I am the manager, I am sorry if you diagree with the application. It is clearly stated you have 72-hours to cancel once the application is submitted. It is not 72-hours from when you are approved. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I am also one of them who tried to rent thru Waterford Place. I informed them well in advance before even 24 hrs were thru but they didnt give my deposit back. They simply said that they gave a suggestion as to how we cud go thru renting there and dont owe any money to us.Dont commit to any thing in Waterford unless u are sure u want to rent there. Otherwise be ready to lose the deposit.
