My partner and I just moved here and we have not had the problems talked about. The apt seems nice (we've been here 2 months) and the office and maintenance has been very nice. I would recommend them. We actually checked this website first but went and looked for ourselves. It was what we needed and the price was in line with what we wanted to spend.
