We have lived here for about a year. Pros are good sized apartments, Fenced in area for dogs to play, Lots of windows including bay window in living room, Good size living, dining area, lots of closets, 3 bedroom plans available, swimming pool, quiet area, staff made any needed repairs in a quick manner, always a parking space open close to my apartment, and the staff has been friendly to me. Cons are few cracks in walls and ceilings where buildings have settled, property floods easily, rent is a little pricey, Wind damage done to exterior of a few of the buildings and left unrepaired. Overall I have been happy here and I am signing a second lease today.

Second lease huh? how much more rent did they hit u up for or did they "out of the kindness of there black hearts" give you a deal? What insentive did they offer u to stay? Anything? Did thay offer u maybe free cleaning of your apartment or maybe have someone to clean your carpets? I know free HBO for 3 months. Not even a balloon to say thanks.

The rent did go up $30 on the 2nd lease. I did forget to mention you do get screwed if you go month to month or are late on rent. SO far I never been late. They give a "market price" on the apartments the give it to you for a "concession" price. If you are 1 day late you lose the concession price and I think after 5 days you get a late fee. So I guess long as you can pay on time and always be on a lease you are ok.
