GOD NO! THE APARTMENTS ARE SUPER OLD! HEATING GOES OUT IN THE SUMMER AND MAINTENANCE DOES NOT BOTHER PUTTING A RUSH ON YOUR ORDER (IF ANYONE IS IN THE OFFICE)
OF COURSE THE CRITTERS COME IN AND THEY WONT GO AWAY.
