Great Location - The Appartments are a little small but for the price and location I can't complain.
Applicances were new and nice.
Pets allowed so that can be a plus.
Water Pressure in the shower is nothing to write home about but it has a good water heater.
There is only 12 apartments so you get a chance to know your neighbors.
