Economy living at a luxury price - I Currently live at Hickory Point and have decided not to continue after our lease is up. People like to complain - I have lived at the PC since April of 2008. It is a fine place to live if you are on a budget. There is not really anything special about it other than it is in a pretty good location and it is priced well. Everything else in the vicinity is either $200 more expensive or it is really shady.
