My wife and I have been here for almost 5 months and we hate it. The management is a joke. When something needs to be fixed dont be surprise if it takes them a week to get to you.I had mold growing on the inside of my vanity and all they did was put new pipe in there and they didnt do a professional job to boot. This has been 3 weeks ago and they are still nopt finished. The people at freeman-webb wont even listen to me. If I had known then what I know now I wouldn't have move here.They do enough to just get by with codes.and when it comes to paying rent , they are happy to see you but they forget you as you walk out the door. I never what them to do anything for me anymore. There are more things i could add but it would take me all night to post them. They in my opinion cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do. I highly recommend NOT to live here. I was treated with respect at other apartments and have a great rent history. Here they are a joke. They promised to fix things but they dont in a timely manner.Be aware that they will do the fisrt inspection and NOT you when you move in.I have lived in other apartments and the management let the tenants inspect the apt. Here, you dont really know what they do when
they gather the information. I have been lied to by this Apartment Complex from the manager to the maintenance man.

I lived next to this guy. He was a constant complainer. I don't think anyone could make him happy.
