This place is old, fairly gross, and has now become unliveable to the construction of a massive twelve story condo complex called the Adelicia immediately across from the building. Construction on the Adelicia will not be completed until at least 6/2007, so the apartment will remain unliveably loud until then. Strangely, I've actually seen people applying to live here, apparently oblivious to how horrible the construction has made this place to live (imagine jackhammers rocking you awake promptly at 6 AM and continuing until 6 PM every day). The apartment manager is this old guy who's kind of out of it and doesn't seem to care about running the decrepit old building. If this place wasn't just a 3-4 minute walk from Vanderbilt Law School and Business School, it would be half-empty. As it is, I highly suspect the owner of this building will sell out to someone else after the Adelicia opens up and brings Music Row executives to the area, since the building is so ugly and unsightly the developers may want to buy them out just to get rid of this place.
