DON?T MOVE HERE

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
MAINTENANCE WAS ALWAYS VERY SLOW. IT TOOK TWO DAYS FOR THEM TO FIX MY AIR CONDITIONER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER. SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS GATE. I HAD TO MEET MY GUESTS AT THE GATE TO LET THEM IN. OFFICE STAFF COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS MAILED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS - AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN?T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO, DON'T COUNT ON GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
