I have lived at the Arbors of Brentwood for over two years. I have overall been very pleased. The office staff has always been attentive to my needs and even walked my dog for me last year when the snow storm hit & I had trouble getting home(how often can you say that your apartment manager would do that). The grounds are kept up well and the price is reasonable for the area. The water bill has been high at times, but that is the only complaint I have.

p.s. there are not gates at this complex, so I think that person must have been talking about another property.
