I moved to Arbors of Brentwood in 2003 expecting few maintainence problems and if there were any, that they would be addressed quickly. Boy was I wrong. When I moved in neither the ice maker nor the garbage disposal worked. Also, the fan in the bathroom rattled loudly. Since I moved-in during the winter, I had no idea the problems I would encounter come spring-time with my air-conditioner. I understood that since it hadn't been used all winter that it could need to be recharged and serviced once the weather warmed up. However, 6 maintaince calls and 3 months later, it hardly cools my apartment. I was told my the maintainence staff that it wasn't cooling because the woman who lived below me didn't use her air conditoner, which I don't understand how that would prevent air from blowing out of the vents. Also, there was a leak in my living room that took close to 3 months to repair.
Overall, I am dissapointed with the service I recived and am looking forward to moving out.
The grounds are lovely, however they don't make up for the poor service I have recived from maintainence staff in regards to the problems I encountered.
