Constant rent increases - overpriced

I have lived at the Arbors of Brentwood for a little over a year and every time my lease is set to renew, they raise my rent like $70 a pop. You have to pay your on own water, trash, and sewer also. The mgt staff have no real personalities and do not make any effort to accomodate your living situation.
