I think at least 1/2 the people who write bad reviews on here are crazy! I love living at the Arbors of Brentwood! In fact, I told the office staff that, and they asked me to write a review, because they know what kind of ridiculous stuff people write on here. Out of respect and appreciation, I'm doing just that...My experience here has been very pleasing! They are always attentive to my needs. I can't imagine why anyone would say they are rude, unless that person came in picking a fight! As far as bugs are concerned, this is Tennessee! And they provide FREE pest control! Just call! Yes, last summer they did shut the water off a few times, but nobody mentioned that it was due to the fact that ALL old piping was being replaced to PREVENT future breaks and damage, which I appreciate!
The only complaint I would have is the rent increase I got this year. It was about $50, but I was getting a GREAT Deal when I moved in, and still couldn't move somewhere as nice for even the increased rent!
It's 100% worth it to rent here, and I feel sorry the people who read the bad stuff and don't come here because they are missing out...

Yes, honey we know its Tennessee - but infestations of spiders and roaches in an apartment is unacceptable.

I completely agree with you--the office staff are always friendly, and the FREE exterminator cured what spider problems I had when I first moved in.
