I would recommend staying at another place. This has been the worst place I have ever lived. The managers is awful. Everyone is charged $50 for their water bill - which is a ripoff. We were gone a whole month on vacation and - guess what, we received a $55 dollar water bill. When I called to ask them why, they gave a bogus @ss excuse. I'm convinced this is an scam. I'm going to investigate further and update. For you managers/leasing agents that keep writing good reviews - no one here is stupid. Grow up!! BY the way - the tall bald maintenance guy is the best.
